Why do the prices for talks and seminars depend on the topic and project?

The costs vary depending on the duration of the event, travel costs and the amount of preparation required. The latter depends on the level of detail required (e.g. for experts, non-specialist audiences or general public), the didactic requirements and the amount of research required for the specific topic.

In order to create an individual offer, I need the following information:Key dates for the event: When, where and which duration?What is the topic of the event? (If the topic is still unclear, we can narrow it down together.)What should the event achieve to be considered successful?Estimated number of participants? (This is important for planning interactive elements; the costs remain independent of the number of participants).Prior knowledge: What level of expertise is the audience likely to have?Are there specific requirements or topics that should be taken into account? (Special requests submitted after the event can only be implemented after consultation and may create additional costs.)

What is the scope of talks and seminars?

You can choose freely, from a compact lecture of around 45 minutes plus 15-minute question and answer session to weekend seminars – everything is possible. Event series can also be booked on request.

Which venues are possible for lectures and seminars?

Accepted Answer

I offer both online events as well as offline talks and seminars in Germany. For on-site events, the organizer is responsible for providing a suitable venue including the equipment agreed in advance. If applicable, travel times and overnight costs will be invoiced.

Can I have the talk or seminar recorded?

Accepted Answer

Permission to record the event must be given in writing in advance; depending on the planned use of the recording, additional costs may be incurred.

Are there materials or handouts for the participants?

Handouts, presentation slides or additional literature can be provided upon request. The creation and provision of materials will be discussed in advance and is explicitly included in the offer.

How short notice can I book an event?

How quickly I can prepare for your event depends on its scope, as well as the desired topic and technical level. I generally recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure planning and preparation. In exceptional cases, shorter-term bookings are also possible; please contact me directly about this.

Nein, ich kann derzeit keine begünstigende Maßnahmen für BGF nach §3 Nr 34 EstG anbieten.

What do I need to do for my health insurance to contribute to the counseling costs?

Accepted Answer

If there is a medical necessity, many health insurance providers will contribute to the costs of nutritional counseling. For this, you need a medical necessity certificate from a physician before the counseling begins. You can then submit the invoice to your health insurance provider for (partial) reimbursement.
